About Iskolarium
A way to give back
I'm Paul Averilla, the creator of Iskolarium. I took the UPCAT in 2006 and was admitted to the University of the Philippines for Academic Year 2007-2008 as an Oblation Scholar, among the top 50 admitted students from approximately 70,000 applicants.
View my LinkedIn profileI graduated from Philippine Science High School, attended the University of the Philippines, joined a study-abroad program at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands, and earned my Computer Engineering degree from the National University of Singapore.
My professional work has spanned robotics, data, and AI, including autonomous mobile robots, self-driving cars, and transportation & traffic simulation.
Quality education opened doors for me later in life, taking me to opportunities in Singapore, the Netherlands, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Santa Monica. I created Iskolarium as a way to give back to the community and make learning resources more accessible to more people.
My hope is that Iskolarium can be one of the tools that helps students take a step closer to the education and opportunities they seek.
Iskolarium is building a carefully reviewed UPCAT practice bank that improves through expert review, student feedback, and real practice evidence. Questions move through automated checks, human review, experimental use, and ongoing quality analysis.
Founding Student Preview
Iskolarium is currently improving with a small, invitation-only group of students. Access, feedback, and careful question review come first. Optional tips are welcome, but they never change access or results.
Iskolarium is an independent learning platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the University of the Philippines.
