Founding Student Beta Terms
These terms apply to Iskolarium's invitation-only preview. Iskolarium is a free, independent hobby project created and operated by Paul Averilla. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the University of the Philippines.
What the preview provides
Iskolarium offers UPCAT practice, study guidance, and progress tools. The preview is experimental: features, questions, and stored beta data may change. We will give reasonable notice before a planned data reset. Practice results are unofficial and do not predict or guarantee admission, a University Predicted Grade (UPG), or an official exam result. UP uses the UPG as part of its admissions process; Iskolarium does not calculate or estimate it.
Participation and accounts
Access is personal and invitation-only. Keep your password and invitation code private, use your own account, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. If you are a minor, review these terms and the Privacy Notice with a parent or guardian before joining.
Fair use
Use study content for your own learning. Do not scrape, photograph in bulk, redistribute, sell, or use questions to train another system. Do not impersonate others, harass users, submit false reports, interfere with the service, or access another person's data. Report mistakes through the question-reporting feature.
Your feedback
You may send private feedback and issue reports. Do not include another person's private information or copied book content, confidential materials, or recalled or leaked exam questions. Nothing you send is published automatically.
Optional tips
You may send the creator an optional personal tip through the available payment providers. A tip is a voluntary thank-you, not a charitable donation or purchase, and it does not change your access, scores, results, or support. Payment providers process these transactions under their own terms and privacy notices.
Availability and support
The preview is maintained by one person alongside full-time work. Availability and support are best-effort, without a service-level guarantee. We may pause access for maintenance, security, misuse, or an issue that could affect students or their data.
Account action
We may warn, suspend, or remove access for serious misuse or a security risk. You may ask for a review through Iskolarium Messages. Account deletion is separate from suspension and remains subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Contact and changes
Signed-in preview members can contact the operator through Messages. If you cannot sign in, reply to the email that contained your invitation. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date.
