Privacy Notice
Paul Averilla operates Iskolarium and is responsible for the personal information used by this invitation-only preview. This notice explains the preview in plain language, especially for students and their parents or guardians.
What we collect
The beta uses a minimal account profile. We collect your email, password credential, time zone, answers, scores, question timing, study activity, messages, and issue reports to provide the service. We do not ask for your name, birthday, grade, school, or location. The early-access list collects an email address, consent record, signup source, confirmation status, and delivery history. Technical events may include page route, loading time, browser category, errors, and a coarse referral source. Do not put sensitive personal information in free-text messages.
Why we use it
We use information to create and secure accounts, save study progress, show recommendations, investigate question quality, understand whether the preview is useful, fix errors, prevent misuse, and respond to feedback.
Who handles it
Supabase provides authentication and database services, Vercel hosts the application and provides aggregate web analytics, and Sentry receives minimized application error and performance data. These providers may process information outside the Philippines. Iskolarium does not sell student profiles or answers.
Younger students
If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to review this notice and the Beta Terms with you before joining. The signup acknowledgement records that this review occurred. You can ask what information is held about you and stop participating at any time.
Retention and deletion
Account and study records remain while your preview account is active so progress can be shown. Messages and audit records are kept only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and evaluate the preview. Unconfirmed early-access requests may be removed after 30 days; confirmed entries remain until an invitation is accepted, the list closes, or you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of eligible live account and study records; we aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Residual copies may remain temporarily in provider backups until their normal retention period expires.
Your choices
You can change your time zone in Account settings. Early-access emails require explicit confirmation and include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not affect an existing Iskolarium account. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion, subject to applicable legal and security exceptions. Iskolarium will not send optional study reminders during this preview.

Use Messages while signed in for privacy or account requests. If you cannot access your account, reply to your beta invitation email. We may ask for reasonable verification before disclosing or deleting account information.
